Returned products will be accepted under the following conditions only.  
 
When the customer receives the seat skin or other product they should inspect it carefully to see that it meets all of their requirements.  The customer has up to 7 days to perform this product inspection and to contact us by phone or email if they are not satisfied with the product.  We will issue a return authorization and the customer will be reimbursed the cost of the items (less shipping) once they have been received and inspected by us.
 
The customer must make certain they are happy with the products prior to installation because no refund can be issued once the seat skin or other product has been installed.  During the product installation process hog rings will be installed and holes will have to be cut in the products by the customer and we will then not be able to resell the products as new.
